Redesign of IntraHealth’s standard email newsletter format. The old format (seen below at the bottom of the page) had too much content, overwhelming the reader and leading to reduced engagement. The overall design was dated.

The new template utilizes fresh colors and vibrant photography, and emphasizes one main piece of content. A button invites readers to click through to IntraHealth’s website, and a “related content” block provides a secondary entrance to the website. The new format has dramatically improved engagement, with the click rate average increasing from around 25% to over 70%.
